3. AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that all promotional content is accurate and not misleading
Maintain the confidentiality of affiliate account credentials
Comply with this Policy and any additional guidelines issued by the Company
4. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Affiliates will earn a commission on successful and verified sales made through their referral links
Commission rates may vary and will be communicated separately
Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, or found fraudulent will not be eligible for commission
The Company reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time
5. PAYMENT TERMS
Commissions will be paid on a monthly or agreed basis after verification
Minimum payout thresholds may apply
Payments will be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details
Any applicable taxes shall be the responsibility of the Affiliate
6. PERMITTED PROMOTIONAL METHODS
Affiliates may promote products through:
Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Blogs, websites, and content platforms
Email marketing (with user consent and no spam)
Influencer marketing and content creation
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Affiliates shall not:
Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about products
Use spam, unsolicited messaging, or unethical marketing practices
Engage in fraudulent activities or self-referrals
Use the Company’s brand name for paid ads (e.g., Google Ads bidding) without prior permission
Create or promote counterfeit products using the Company’s brand
Impersonate the Company or misrepresent affiliation
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials (logos, banners, creatives) solely for promotional purposes.
Unauthorized use, modification, or misuse of intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
9. TERMINATION
The Company reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time without prior notice
Cancel pending commissions in case of policy violations
Refuse participation to any individual or entity
Affiliates may also terminate their participation by notifying the Company in writing.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Affiliates shall not disclose any confidential information related to the Company, including but not limited to:
Commission structures
Marketing strategies
Internal operations
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ditya Imitation Jewellery shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Technical failures or tracking errors beyond reasonable control
12. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
Affiliates must comply with:
Consumer Protection Act, 2019
Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines
Applicable digital marketing and advertising laws
Failure to comply may result in legal action.
13. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
