1. Eligibility for Returns

The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact
⚠️ Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like earrings may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products purchased during sale or clearance offers
Customized or personalized jewellery
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Used or worn jewellery
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at dityaimitationjewellery@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
Provide:
Order ID
Product images (showing issue clearly)
Our team will review and approve the request within 2–3 business days
Once approved:
You may be asked to self-ship the product or we may arrange a pickup (if available)
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Ditya Imitation Jewellery is not responsible for lost return shipments
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
Refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days
The amount will be credited to the original payment method
It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
6. Replacement Option
Customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability
If the product is out of stock, a refund will be processed
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled
8. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Report within 48 hours with clear images/video proof
We will provide replacement or full refund at no extra cost
